The final sentence under the heading ‘Reduced risk of side-effects’ (p. 208) should read:

Lengthening the injection interval is also a safe, alternative method for reducing the overall dose of depot typical antipsychotics (Baldessarini et al, 1988; Gerlach, 1995; Carpenter et al, 1999).
