On p. 420 of the above article, the penultimate paragraph should end as follows:

When these results were published, the Ministry of Defence announced that reservists who were demobilised after 1 Jan 2003 would be entitled to access to military mental healthcare after deployment. If an assessment indicated a condition related to their service on deployed operations, they would be offered treatment at one of the military's own departments of community mental health.
